Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake pies for 15 mins. In the meantime mix up the crumb topping.<BR/><BR/>Streusel Topping:<BR/>1/2 cup chopped pecans<BR/>1/4 cup packed brown sugar<BR/>1 Tb flour<BR/>1 Tb melted butter<BR/><BR/>Mix up well and sprinkle on the of the pumpkin pies after 15 mins. IT is a favorite all year in our home.<BR/><BR/>Pumpkin Crisp<BR/><BR/>INGREDIENTS:<BR/>1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix (1 cup reserved for topping)<BR/>1 egg<BR/>1/2 cup butter, melted<BR/>1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin <BR/>puree<BR/>2 eggs<BR/>1 teaspoon ground nutmeg<BR/>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<BR/>1/2 cup white sugar<BR/>2/3 cup evaporated milk<BR/>3/4 cup white sugar<BR/>1/2 cup butter, softened<BR/><BR/>DIRECTIONS:<BR/>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Set aside 1 cup cake mix for the topping. Combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter or margarine. Pat into a 9x13 inch baking pan.<BR/><BR/>In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, 2 eggs, spices, 1/2 cup sugar, and milk. Pour pumpkin mixture over the cake mix crust.<BR/><BR/>In a small bowl, combine 1 cup cake mix and 3/4 cup sugar. Cut in 1/2 cup softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix together 1 cup sugar, vanilla and both packages of cream cheese. Spread over rolls. Unroll second can of crescent rolls and lay them over cream cheese mixture. Melt butter and mix with other cup of sugar. Pour over top layer of crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl whisk together Flours, Salt, Cinnamon, and Baking Powder. Set aside. In large bowl beat Eggs and Sugar for 8 minutes on high. Blend in Oil and Vanilla. Work dry mix into batter and then fold in the Apples and Walnuts. Pour batter into cake pan and sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar topping. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
