In this edition of Works-for-me-Wednesday it's 5 ingredients or less recipes. I can't wait to check all these recipes out. Without further ado here's my contribution:
Salsa Chicken~ Feeds 5
5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups of favorite salsa
1 8oz sour cream
Cook chicken until done and chop up into bite size pieces.
Meanwhile mix salsa and sour cream together. (I admit at this point it may not look very appetizing lol)
Place chopped chicken back into pan and then add salsa mixture over chicken.
Cook until heated through. Serve over rice.
This is quick simple and delicious.
Enjoy!

This sounds good. I love chicken. I am not much of a beef or pork person. I am always looking for new ways to cook my chicken. I will definitely have to try this.
ReplyDeletesounds yummy! I have all the ingredients on hand to try this! I just got a jar of salsa for 44 cents at the grocery store so this will make for a cheap dinner for my family of 7! :)
