Not much to report today. It's been a very busy week thus far. I've been ,in no particular order, sewing, painting, sewing, painting, sewing, painting, laundry, painting, painting, vacuuming, painting, dishes, sewing, painting. It's been great though because my husband had 2 1/2 days off with that tropical storm so we got a lot done. I hope we are done by Tackle it Tuesday because after all this work you definitely want someone to see it and since you all live miles and miles away *sigh* you will have to settle for pictures. My poor dog is a bit confused by all this going on and rearranging of furniture. She's not real sure where to lay any more. She likes to lay against these two walls but did I mention we've been painting? Well I was constantly telling her no not to lay there, come over here. She didn't want to lay over here she wanted to lay over in her freshly painted spot. Oy! She was harder then the kids to keep away from the paint lol. The chairs lined up across the wall looked like a choo choo train. She has been a bit depressed, I think she may think we are going to paint and move and leave her here lol. Cause why else would any one in their right mind want to paint there whole house practically in a course of a month? I mean you'd have to be nuts right? Did I mention that we are a bit nuts?
Alright my friends. I may not be posting tomorrow. I try to take a break on Sunday unless something spectacular happens and I can't control myself.
Have a most blessed weekend!
Awwww...was hunting for Brenda Photo Challenge pictures!! Did you forget?? Darn!!lolol...have a fun weekend sugar!hughugs
ReplyDeleteBless your heart! I think the paint fumes are probably adding to the merriment, LOL. I can picture the problem with the pooch. When we still had Buddy, we had to constantly watch his exuberant tail when we painted. He was accidentally causing some faux finishing, hahaha, in places that we didn't want! Hope it all settles down for you soon.
ReplyDeleteYou better take a break after all that hard work!!
