For this weeks Works-for-Me-Wednesday I want to show you the 2 sided kitchen cloth. I discovered these babies while strolling through the kitchen towel aisle in Wal-Mart. It's a microfiber cloth on one side and then the other side has a scrubby part. So you can wash your dishes with the soft side but when you have a stubborn spot (this excludes stuck on eggs) you just flip it over and use the scrubby part. I love having this in one cloth. They are inexpensive as well and last a lot longer than just dish cloths. So for those of you who hand wash their dishes and haven't heard or see these yet, I highly recommend. Here is a picture, because you know I gotta have a picture. I love hearing my husband say, "And why did you take a picture of the _______?"(you fill in the blank with some weird thing lol!)
AND because we love choices, these come in, I believe, 5 different colors. I have blue and green.
Here's the front.

Well I hope you have somehow come out of this a wiser, better person lol. I aim to please my friends! Have a most excellent day! For more awe inspiring things go check out Rocks in My Dryer.
Blessings.
Thank you so much for that suggestion. I will probably look for one of those the next time I'm in our local WM. I've considered having my paycheck direct deposited to Wal-Mart's bank account instead of mine, cause that's where so much of it ends up!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny, and I appreciate the tip. My husband will often ask me the same thing, followed up by, "I guess that is going on the blog!"
ReplyDeletewell now that is just nifty. I will have to get some. I am the dishwasher around these parts...I even make a humming sound sometimes just for fun to pretend I am an automatic dishwasher LOL
ReplyDeleteHAVE A GREAT WEDNESDAY
Those look like some great dish cloths. I have a dishwasher, but there are some types of dishes and pans that can't go in the dishwasher. Thanks for sharing. I'll have to find those. :D
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteI've almost bought one of those but didn't because I thought the netting would rip...now I know!
(And oh yeah, Friday is so covered with a really funny funny)...I know thats not proper English...but you know what I mean!
Blessings to you today my friend!
Yes I have seen those at Wal-mart and might have even bought one or two for my daughter. I have never purchased one for me personally. I also keep a little scrubber brush in my sink or in the dishwasher if it needs cleaning. I love my little scrubber brush!
ReplyDeleteLove that!!! I gotta gemme one of em!!!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to keep my eye out for them. Thanks for the tip.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to pick up a couple of those handy-dandy things! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteThese look so cool. Thanks for sharing. This sounds like a fun meme too.
BTW I started something today. Please come by and check it out.
Next week you'll have a surprise!
Blessings,
Sherry
I will have to look for these the next time I'm brave enough to venture into WalMart. LOL I hate going there. We had to go one evening last week and that was the first time we've been in months. We flew through the store at breakneck speed. I bet you go to the one in IHB though. I can tolerate it better than any of the others, but it's probably been a year since I've been there. :o)
ReplyDeleteI bought these by accident and LOVE them. No going back for me! Blessings, Whitney
ReplyDeleteI've seen those, but never got one. Good to hear that they work well! Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteLove these. I'm going to have to check them out the next time I'm at Wallyworld!
ReplyDeleteLovely dear, just lovely. :)
ReplyDeleteHow neat! I have never seen those. I'll have to look for them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
So what do you use for the stuck on eggs? 8-}
ReplyDeleteWish I'd seen those when I bought some microfibre cloths last week. Wonder if the $ store has any like that.
The guys don't even ask anymore about my picture-taking obsession. They just lift a brow or roll their eyes or...
