I'm going to admit that my dinner skills have been sorely lacking this summer... last night I served leftover spaghetti with frozen meatballs and frozen veggies, and tonight I gave my kids buttered toast and watermelon. I'm not usually quite so pathetic. It's just that my husband is traveling and I'm on an elimination diet, so when it's just the kids eating the dinner, I don't put much effort in obviously.
