Busy Day!

I'm pretty sure I could start all my blog titles that way lol! Today we are going to press on with the rooms. My daughter and I managed to get the boys furniture in their "new" room. We primed their "old" room and my husband and I painted it yesterday. The carpet is ripped out and the terrazzo is ready for cleaning. Then we should be able to put some furniture back in there today. YEAH! My house looks like Office Depot threw up all over the place. But in a neat and orderly way mind you! Yeah right! It's been an obstacle course this last week but I know it's temporary so I don't mind. I put the pressure on my husband and said ,"I need final pictures by Monday night for Tuesday mornings Tackle lol!" I tell you, blogging about your daily mess is motivating and a bit disturbing ha ha!
Now for important stuff.....what do you think of the new blog look? I know Lisa J. and Donna like it as they peeked over here yesterday and left a nice comment. I think it is fun. We live across the street from the beach and therefor it IS our homestead and my heart is where my home is so I think it works. Kristi I can't thank you enough for helping me with it.
Well I don't usually just give an account of what I'm doing today but I really had nothing profound to write about. But I hope you don't mind reading about my life as some of you have become great bloggy friends and I love reading about yours.
