Friday Funnies

It's that time again. Time for you to go post your funny video, joke, story or picture then come back and share it by linking up to Mr. Linky below this post. It's Friday and we all need a good laugh, so why not help spread some funny today!
Since Thanksgiving is just around the corner I thought this joke was appropriate. Enjoy!

The Thanksgiving Divorce

Joe, in Phoenix, calls his son Mark in New York the day before Thanksgiving and says, "I hate to ruin your day, Mark, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are divorcing; forty-five years of misery is enough.

"Pop, what are you talking about?" Mark screams.
We can't stand the sight of each other any longer, "Joe explains. "We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister Sally in Chicago and tell her."

Frantic, Mark calls Sally, who explodes on the phone. "Like heck they're getting divorced," she shouts, "I'll take care of this."

She calls Phoenix immediately, and screams at her father, "You are NOT getting divorced. Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back, and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then, don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR ME?" and hangs up.

Joe hangs up his phone and turns to his wife Nora. "Okay, it's all taken care of," he says. "They're coming for Thanksgiving and paying their own way."

  10. This kind of hits home. We have some friends (older than we are) that have been married for about 38 years. The wife is sick of being married and is leaving the husband. I only wish this joke was true in their case, that they were doing it to have Thanksgiving with their kids.

She said she is still worried about me...I just don't understand....I am only talking to strangers on the internet...Oh just what I have ALWAYS told her NOT to do. Oops, do what I say not what I do! there, now I should be fine! Tell her you are ok will you?
