A Whole Lot of Nothin'

Photobucket

I figured I'd better leave a little note today, even though I got nothin' to post. Well not that I don't have anything I just don't have time to post it today. But with all the troubles we've been having with the computers, I figured I'd better let you know that so far the ol' dinosaur is running "okay". Though something did pop up on the screen earlier saying it (my computer) was being attacked and I had viruses everywhere and to do this and that and I thought "Hmmm, that's probably not good! or It's a scam in and of itself!" Just click the X button, shut my eyes and it all goes away. Nice deep breaths. Okay, I'm good!
So there you have it. My post about not posting today!
LOVE YOU!

  2. Busy huh? School back and work increased load..I can see how it is hard to post every day. Did you know in Blogger Posting you can schedule your post to post at a later date. I found this out a couple months ago. I use it now. So when I have time is create a post I write two or three and schedule them. just click on the option button at the bottom of the editing box. Just before the posting button.
Hope that helps you on your blog

  5. Maybe you should try feeding your computer chocolate too - couldn't hurt! So glad it's still working! And glad mine works since you live in it - LOL!

  6. Kim,

I get concerned everytime my computer runs super slow or won't shut down a program I have running.

I think it has to do with all those Microsoft updates that happen almost daily. I don't think our computers can keep up with all the changes.

Love that you posted anyway and about something we can all relate to!

    Love and Hugs ~ Kat

  9. Oh goodness. Those crazy pop ups. My DH has those happen to him all the time. Don't know why.
Do you have a virus/firewall thing on your computer. You can get a great free one called AVG.

Hope things with your computer work out soon. I know how frustrating that can be.

  12. Hey Kim! How are you? I haven't been over in a while and I've missed it! Even a post about not posting can be fun to read over in the Homesteaders Heart. Tell your computer that if it doesn't stop this nonsense, you're gonna send him to the Geek Squad right now! I heard that if your kids are trying to play the sick card, just threaten them with a visit to the Dr. and they magically perk up. Maybe it'll work for your computer. ;o)

BTW, Loved the Friday Funny. I'll make sure my hubby doesn't buy any power tool for a while.

Anyway, it was good catching up with you. Hope you're having a great Labor Day weekend in that Florida sun.

    Hugs & Squeezes,
    Miti
