The tea cup I chose to showcase today isn't beautiful or dainty. It doesn't have an exquisite design and it's not from England.
No, it's none of those things. But here's how I would describe it.
Happy, unique, bright, cheery, sentimental, special!
Yes it's all those things in my eyes. See,I love all things smiley.(You probably couldn't tell by my header!) They make me happy.
Most people know this, especially my daughter who went out of her way to find this for me and give it to me for Christmas last year.
Does it stand out like a sore thumb next to my other cups. You bet! But I guarantee you, it's the first one you'll see and notice and I'd say that makes for a very special tea cup!

Thanks for making my heart smile today. I have such wonderful memories of the tea cups that were in my mothers hutch. Four are all thats left of my mothers tea cups and they are proudly displayed in her hutch that is now in MY home. =)
