I guess I never really realized that my son had never eaten an apple whole. See I like my apples cut up, they’re easier to eat. But my daughter likes to eat hers, not cut up. So the other day my son wanted an apple and my daughter washes it and hands it to him. As he stood there staring at it, it never occurred to her that he’s never actually eaten an apple like that. So what does she do? Does she cut the apple up for him? NO! She grabs her camera. The rest is digital history!

Aren't apples fun? My kids always seem to like them the best when they have a loose tooth...out comes the tooth! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 800th! That is a feat!
Blessings to you,

I like mine with the core removed and cut into 8 pieces. I don't eat my apples whole.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! Great pics...so funny! I like to eat mine dipped in caramel. My dad can eat a whole apple perfectly....his apple cores are always so cool when he is finished.
ReplyDeleteOh my....good for Kelsey in helping her little brother learn something new...and of course documenting it for "homeschool" purposes, LOL
ReplyDeleteSo funny my friend! Can't believe he never got to try it before! Cute pics!
ReplyDeleteBig next-you'll-be-telling-me-that-he's-never-peeled-a-banana size hugs to you! Have a swell day my friend!! Love ya! :)
I love the one eye closed approach to eating his apple... Enjoyed!!
ReplyDeleteI cannot eat an apple unless it is cut up, with a bowl of peanut butter to dip it in!
ReplyDeleteWe would gladly invite him to the apple orchard around these parts where we pick and sample as we pick 'em every Fall. He'd be a pro by the end of the trip!!
ReplyDeleteYour son sure is a hoot! I used to eat them like your daughter, but I had crowns put on my two front teeth a couple of years ago. Now I have to cut it up first, which is really an inconvenience!
ReplyDeleteHe is too cute. I like mine cut and so I cut them for my kids too. I can eat them either way but I prefer cut.
ReplyDeleteThat would make a great collage set :)
Hugs,
Mimi
