A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22

Gee, where do I start?

I think I’ll dedicate this post to the things I learned this week while moving.

Totally random and in no particular order!

1. I can indeed survive without the internet for a whole week! (Did I like it? NO!  But survive it I did.)

2. When switching over your phone line make sure you do it a week before you actually want it done.

3. Thinking you can move the stuff that you have slowly accumulated over the past 12 years in only 24 hours is a joke.

4. Thinking you can move all the stuff you’ve slowly accumulated over 12 years in just one truck load was quite an oversight.

5. Having friends that will basically drop what they are doing to help you, is a blessing. THANK YOU ALL!

6. The urge to ever move again is gone.

7.  The Lord has blessed us above and beyond what we ever could have imagined!

8. I never want to see another cardboard box again. Well, that is unless it comes in the mail and has something in it for me. LOL!

9. The sound of a packing tape dispenser can get on your last nerve when heard over and over and over again for 2 weeks straight.

10. Pizza Hut came in very handy while unpacking.

11. You can unpack AND decorate for Christmas at the same time.

12. Having a bigger bathroom makes for a longer walk in the middle of the night.

13.  I have to stand in my new kitchen and actually think about where I put things. I can’t wait till it’s automatic again. My brain is starting to hurt. HA!

14. The boxes that don’t get opened and unpacked before Christmas will be wrapped and put under the tree. LOL!

15. We can’t find our tree!

I guess I’ll stop there for now!

Did you miss me?  Did you even know I was gone?

I’ll post pictures when it doesn’t look like rooms with just a bunch of boxes in them. HA! PLUS I still have our vacation to post about. But it’s all going to have to wait as I have a lot of unpacking yet to do and a Christmas party to plan.

I missed you all. Let me know if I missed a mind blowing post of yours as I’m not going to have time to go back and look at any for awhile.

HUGS!

    Know you were gone?
    YES!!!!

I've been looking for this post for about a week now, lol! So, now you're actually gonna have a Christmas/house-warming party!

At least you didn't have to move in 90° weather. Now that you're done, can we turn off the deep-freeze machine, PLEASE?!

Too cold for mind blowing! I did post a new picture of 'me', but not really 'me'. and a short veejo requesting prayer for persecuted Christians in India.

  20. PIZZA HUT ROCKS!! and then makes you have to do a "Sweatin' to the Oldies" workout eventually!!!
