I Have My Own Sippy Cup.

I have a very special cup/mug that I drink my coffee out of EVERY morning. (And apparently it means a lot to me since I’m dedicating a whole entire post to it.) It’s not fancy or cute and my main reason for using it is that it keeps my coffee hot/warm for a long time so I can take my time drinking it, sipping it if you will.

It’s construction is seamless. With it’s stainless steel lining and insulated covering, it keeps my coffee hot but not my hands.

The lid is one molded piece. No hidden cracks and crevices to get gunked up with coffee, which makes it easy to clean.

The color, not my favorite, but I vaguely remember buying this for my husbands who’s favorite color is blue. But somehow *cough* it ended up being mine. Let’s move on.

It’s tall but I don’t ever fill it to the top. Have I been tempted? Yes, but that would be about 16 oz of coffee and the world isn’t ready for that yet.

So upon some deep and thought provoking moments, I realized when put together, it looks like a giant sippy cup.  Yup, I’m good like that.

So tell me. Do YOU have a “special” cup that is yours and only yours?

HAVE A SIPPY CUP KIND OF DAY!

  1. I do...I have about 10 favorite coffee cups that I take with me to school on different days. Hannah color coordinates my cup to my outfits. Seriously! My fave right now is my Baylor cup, but my favorite one at Christmas time says, "Dear Santa, define good!" Ha!

  3. My favorite cup at the moment is a handmade pottery one, part of a set of 4, that we got in Berea, KY a couple of years ago. It keeps my coffee hot for quite a while! And it has a handle that I can actually hold comfortably! Also, it has a horse silhouette on it!

  4. My favorite coffe cup was one we got at Ross. It was a soft yellow color and looked heavy, yet it was oh-so light. I loved it so much that even though I despised coffee at the time, I would drink just so I could use the cup! And then, and then, it broke... : ' ( I was so depressed I haven't drank coffe since!
    A very sad,

  6. I have a coffee "sippy cup" that is similar to yours. I don't use it anymore, since I"ve given up coffee for awhile. A friend of mine is in need of a travel coffee mug. So I'll be giving it to her :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
