All you long time readers know what this is all about but for those of you who have never been a part of our gingerbread house competition then I’ll give you the quick scoop.
YEARS ago my hubby and our daughter would build a gingerbread house together. It was “their” thing. However I constantly felt the need to hover over them and supervise “their” efforts. Well one thing turned into another and now YEARS later we all do our own house and you the readers get to pick your favorite. I believe this is our 5th year on my blog doing it. It’s something we look forward to every year.
And just so you know, this is all for fun and no ones feelings get hurt. Trust me. And as usual I will never let on who made who’s house. I just number and name them and you pick your favorite in the comment box.

ReplyDeleteI really look forward to this competition every year! Oh my gosh, everyone has gotten so skilled at crafting their sweet gingerbread home! It is really hard to choose this time. They are all winners to me. But I'll go with the divinely created #4.

I think this is such a great tradition!! It gets tougher and tougher to pick a winner though! I'm gonna go with #4 too, I think. Like a previous commenter, the walkway and paned windows are the clincher.
