Answer to some questions....

Okay a couple of you had some profound and very good questions about my post yesterday so I wanted to take a little time this morning to answer them.
Kristi asked, "Do you have to give up coffee?"
The first time we did the plan we did it exactly the way you were supposed to which involved giving up the bean juice. BUT, this time we are not going to follow it as closely because I ain't giving up the bean juice. That's not my problem lol. THANK GOODNESS! They better never start sneaking yeast in my coffee!
Lisa at Stop and Smell the Chocolates asked. "There isn't any yeast in chocolate right?" I know she was kidding but there better not be cause even though sugar feeds the yeast I feel like I would feel worse emotionally if I couldn't get my chocolate!
You guys are silly but I know you are intrigued. I have actually been off of yeast and all bread for a week now. I don't know if I will cut wheat out completely or not as it is in so many things. We'll see how I feel. For me this is more of a way to lost some weight then feel better. I don't feel that bad but I can't seem to lose the "little" spot around the mid section and if these two guys are the culprit then I'm going to give it a shot. The way I see it is as long as there is coffee and chocolate, life can't be that bad. Isn't that a proverb in the Bible somewhere? LOL. Just kidding!
Okay everyone have a wonderful Sunday. Go make a joyful noise this morning to the Lord!
Blessings.
Kim

  1. You are so much fun! Thanks for answering my question...first! Not that I am competitive or anything. :-) I'm glad to know coffee is still in the mix. I can't wait to hear more about it. Blessings to you and your family on this glorious Sunday morning!

  3. How can you detox without dumping the coffee? Do you do organic beans or something? To tell you the truth, that's why I've never done a detox diet, because I just love my coffee...especially in the mornings when I'm reading my Bible. They just go together, you know? But I could give up chocolate. No problem there...just never heard of a detox where you could keep coffee in. Definitely lemme know how it goes...sounds interesting.
