I wanted so badly to join in the tour of homes but I just can't seem to get my act together. Who knew it would be so difficult to walk out side after dark, stand in front of your house (with the lights on) and take a picture?
It's obviously harder then we think because I still haven't done it!
I did manage to take some picture of the inside. I hope you enjoy them.
Here is a picture of my table right now! The reason I say right now is that I don't always have the fresh flowers. Those are from my wonderful husband who not only brought me home some, but my Mom as well. Aren't they pretty? Usually I have a fake assortment there that isn't near as nice.
Here is our little advent calendar. My kids love putting the new figure up each day. If it weren't for this I'd have no idea what day it is!
Is it stupid that I feel I have to say "This is our Christmas tree during the day". I mean I'm sure you can plainly see that so I'm keeping my mouth shut. Our tree is very eclectic and I love it. There's no theme or color coordination just mostly ornaments that have a history. Can you spot where the cluster was? That should be a contest!
This is just left of the front door!
This is just as you walk in the door. I love snowmen so this houses a few of those for display.
This is our first present under the tree! Who hasn't done this a time or two in their life. What's funny is no one showed him to do this. I was just walking by and there he was lol. Isn't he cute!
There is nothing significant about this except for the fact that I thought it was a really cool picture!
Okay this picture here is going to drive my fellow OCD'rs nuts. Three kids and no adult in the picture. UGH! What's the problem you say?
Had you forgotten THIS!!!!
I've decided to make an 8 x 10 out of this and hang it somewhere as a constant reminder.LOL!
I don't think so!Have you spotted where this was on the tree picture yet?
Here is the only picture I have so far of the tree lit up. Please excuse the lady posing as if this picture where all about her!
There you are my friends. A little tour of my Christmas home! I wish you could all come to my party Friday and see it for real!
Hugs to you all!

ReplyDeleteYour home is beautiful. I just love family Christmas trees where every ornament has a story and a special memory. Take lots of pictures at your party so we feel like we were there too!

ReplyDeleteBeautifully decorated, Kim! I love it. Your family is precious!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. And constantly reading about these 'grouped' ornaments is too funny.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful Christmas home!
Those are great holiday pictures.
ReplyDeleteOK, I reckon I'm having another Boo Radley day here. I could've sworn I left a comment here earlier. I looked all over our JoAnn's and didn't find anything near as cool as your sled. >:\ So, to cheer myself up, I bought some more fabric. LOL! Hey, it was on sale, so I really saved a lot. ;}
ReplyDeleteHave a JESUS-filled day! ^i^
Beautiful tour of your home! I love eclectic trees full of memories. Kids usually do a terrific job with decorating (with a little guidance)- and you had someone tall to work on the top of the tree. Perfect.
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteLooks very warm and inviting. So jealous you and Debra get to hang together! Oh what fun that would be!
Have fun at your party!
Hugs and blessings today!
Jill
