Giving Credit Where Credit is Due!

If you stopped by my blog yesterday you probably noticed the new header and design.
I would love to take credit for every bit of this talent and transformation, but I can't.
This was all done by a very talented (and patient) person named Edie.
I personally think she did a fabulous job. She took the time to listen to my requests and what I like and don't like and I think she nailed it right on the head.

Edie has a beautiful blog herself, not just on the outside but written deep within her posts.
If you are interested in checking out some more of her fabulous work you can go to her design website.
She's all about you being completely happy with her work.

I'm so pleased with everything and how it's so personalized to me and what I like.
She took my love of smileys and did exactly what I had envisioned. And of course if you've hung out at my blog for any period of time you know that coffee on the deck and some sort of chocolate HAD to be incorporated into the design. Hee! Hee!

So if you've ever thought about getting a blog makeover, I highly recommend this wonderful lady to do it.
Oh and I now officially, thanks to Edie, have the cutest blog button in the world. (Well to me anyway)
Please feel free to grab it and share the love.

This just in....my husband sent me this email last night and I just read it this morning and I thought you'd get a kick out of it. Sorry Honey, I had to do it! LOL!
"So I checked out your new look on your blog, I noticed you have a piece of cake and I don't. Is that because you're a cake snob and I'm not and I ate mine and then you said I don't like this its not worth the calories and then I started thinking of all the calories and it really wasn't worth it after all OR did you just put a piece of cake on there to be cute?"

Have a fabulous day my friends!
Kim

  6. I am an Edie fan too!

Edie did an awesome job on your blog. I'm amazed at how well it captures who you are Kim. I love it.

Edie did my blog design for Heart Choices. It's amazing to find a designer who prays about the project from beginning to end and ...never disappoints.

Congratulations on a wonderful new look!

    Love you,
    Debbie

  13. Kim,

Personally I think Edie got your personality captured so nicely in designing this lay out. It works nicely, everything is so well laid out and it loads quickly when I pull it up, LOVE THAT!

Hope you stop by as I am hosting weekly giveaways now on my blog.
