We've Gone Live!

Okay, I promise this is my last post about the 30 Day Shred that we are doing.
If you want to keep up with the Shred madness you are going to have to check out the new blog and maybe even follow it. (That's up to you!)

We've been busy introducing ourselves and sharing a little bit about why we want to do this.
We would love the support and who knows it might motivate you to get started on a workout program yourself.

There are about 17 of us posting and we are all categorized by name. It's under the "Check Out Each Personal Journey" a.k.a the "Labels" section. Just click on a name if you want to see how we are doing, how we are progressing and how much pain we are in.

  1. The new blog is set up really cute. I am going to follow at home..and try to exercise mildly..not released yet from the Dr.I have asked for the exercise cd..for Mothers Day..will see if anyone is listening to me..lol

  6. So cool you are doing this type of blog! I am starting a Summer sweatin off the fat Challenge on my own private fitness blog. I keep it private so we can post pictures. ;) But If any of you all would like to join in, and post your workouts for points and post your progress, just let me know and I will add you in.
    it´s an 8 wk challenge. Including many aspects. We would love to have you all join in.
