3 Kids 4 Pictures!

Just for fun I told each one of my children to take my camera and take 4 pictures of whatever they wanted, inside or outside. (Excluding their mother who may or may not be wearing penguin printed lounge pants.) Here are the pictures from youngest to oldest.

My 6 year old son took these 4 pictures.  It says a lot about his personality. He loves to help his Daddy in the garden, not to mention eat and he LOVES to play sports.

Here are the next set of pictures taken by my 9 year old son. He loves to collect things. Right now it’s coins and stamps. I’m thinking the flower represents his tender side.

And last but certainly not least, here are my 18 year old daughter’s 4 pictures. My daughter loves all things pink and pretty. Outdoor photography is her specialty. That’s probably why she went outside for her last 3 pictures.

I love the diversity in each and everyone of my kids. They are all unique in  character and tastes.

Why don’t you give this a try? It’s fun. If you end up doing this with your kids let me know. I want to see what they come up with!

HAVE A FANTABULOUS DAY MY FRIENDS!

  1. They all did great! It is amazing to see how each child is different. For example, I'm not ANYTHING like my brothers! (Thank goodness for ME.)

  5. Wow, this is a great idea!!! I loved seeing the diversity in the photos...and it's really neat to see what makes your kids smile, and what they think is worthy of a photo :) :) Happy New Year to you and your family. Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)

  8. Such precious pics my friend! You should do that regularly and see what changes. My kiddo has a camera -mostly takes pics of Buster or Lego creations at the Lego class he goes to or weird faces he makes or screenshots of weird things on video games. He does take awesome scenery shots when we're on vacation though.

Big these-pics-are-worth-a-MILLION-words size hugs to you!! Love ya! :)

  9. OMG LOVE THIS!!! I will def do this and will let you know!

Great pics by all 3 of them! We had an assignment once where we all had to draw a picture that depicted a specific situation. Amazed me how different each one was. 3 of us used words while my Son was the only one who drew a true "Picture" .... Very INTERESTING!
