I Need Your Input!

Update as of today April 17th. I am taking your advice and merging my cooking blog and it's recipes over to here. I am in the process of categorizing them under the tab Recipes at the top of my blog so be patient as I work my way through them all. Thanks a bunch for your advice. You have spoken and now I'm taking action.

I’m thinking about somehow merging my cooking blog with this blog so all my recipes would be over here, but I need your input.
If you’re even remotely interested in my cooking blog, do you prefer to have it separated with it’s own blog for ease of usefulness or would you rather it be here so you don’t have to hop to another blog?
Or should I just put a tab on top that links to my recipes on my cooking blog and keep my cooking blog separate?
I’m just trying to make my blog a little bit more user friendly. So here’s your chance to tell me what I could improve or what you already like about it.
I appreciate your time and advice.
HUGS!!

  1. I definetly think you should merge! I look at this blog all the time, but I never look at your cooking blog, because I don't think about and when I do it seems to inconvient.
    Hope that helps!

  2. I think merging the two blogs is a good idea...I also think adding a "recipes" tab to your blog would work great :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :) :) :)

  3. I definitely think you should merge the two blogs!! It would make following more stream-lined.

  4. I didn't even know you had a cooking blog! I guess I never scrolled down and looked until you mentioned it.

For sure, move your cooking blog up closer to your profile and your button so it is easily noticed.

I also like it when someone has a recipe on a consistent day....so there's a theme.

Do promote your other blog better. It looks tasty!

  7. I'd vote merge...if it isn't too much work to do. Streamline...simplify...and cut down on maintenance. :)

  8. Whatever way you prefer my friend - but I see that you're merging. Takes some work, but it will be nice having it in one spot I think. I need to move the recipes from my healthy blog over to my main blog since I don't write there anymore {or at least the ones I mainly use}. I notice it says when you import posts, it brings all the comments too - sounds cool, I'll have to try it!

Big people-love-having-a-recipe-index-to-easily-find-what-they-like-and-I-use-mine-for-myself-quite-often size hugs to you!! Love ya friend - don't work TOO hard!! :)
