This may disturb some people. You may think that I’ve lost my marbles but it’s definitely part of my past and I’m sort of not afraid to admit it.
You see 20+ years ago I was really into the Mutant Ninja Turtles. I watched the cartoon and I even paid good money to go see them in the movie theaters.
Which brings me to this item I found while organizing my linen closet.
Yes, this is mine and it was my favorite beach towel for many many years.
This is when the towel was made and I’m pretty sure they didn’t make many of them and I’m pretty sure I bought it that same year, which makes this the oldest beach towel we have.
So how about it? Do I have any past Mutant Ninja Turtle fans out there? Hello? Hello?

ReplyDeleteUm. No. I can't even remember watching a single cartoon of theirs. I think I knew they existed, though. :) I would have been in college or a newly minted teacher at the time. So TV didn't happen much for me. Just feel sorry for me, Ok?
