I walked into my office the other day and this was taped to my desk.
Doesn't it just make your heart melt?
This is from the same sweet boy who asked about boogers a few days ago.
And looking back I find it ironic that I would talk about Kleenex and boogers in the same week.
I'm just sayin'!
Anyway, I'm going to miss these sweet, unexpected notes of love from my precious boy!
What are you going to miss?
i'm gonna miss those too. I love getting and finding notes that are made out to mom.
ReplyDeleteI do miss these..my babies range from 33-23 now. My "baby" boy hardly gives me the time anymore..so busy with his friends and his life. This is the kid that was glued to my hip..lol..yet in between the covers of my bible are some sweet little notes from each of the children. I know I did something right..I raised very independent Christian children!! Yet it is still so sad not for them to be little..on the bright side..each of the girls has children..and you get to see your children in them..and now the notes are to nana not momma and some get tucked into the bible for years to come!!

Aaaawww, how sweet!
ReplyDeleteEvery morning, after her alarm goes off, my 9 year old daughter sleepwalks down the hallway and slips into my bed with me for a "morning snuggle." Spooning with my daughter in the mornings. REALLY gonna miss that.
ReplyDeleteAlready missing so much with my 14 year old son. I wonder if I can still pick him up?
You'll get them again....from Grandchildren!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are joining me!! I have a pile of those notes by my bed right now too!!
ReplyDeleteSooo sweet!! I've kept some little notes like that from my son. I love that my son is 10 and still lets us give him lots of hugs and kisses - he loves hugs and snuggles.

ReplyDeleteEverything.....especially all the laughter!
ReplyDeleteThough some days I can't wait for them to be out of the house, but on other days, I pray that time could stand still! I have a feeling other moms juggle those thoughts in their minds, too!?
Aaaawwwww!!! That made me all misty! I'm with Kathy, already missing it all.
